Shipping & Returns Policy
At our store, we truly appreciate every single order and the support behind it. As a small, independent business, we do our very best to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 opening days.
Our store is open:

Wednesday – Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
Sunday: 11:00 – 17:00

Orders are only processed during these opening days. This means that orders placed on days we are closed (Monday and Tuesday) will begin processing on the next opening day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Returns
Because we are a small business, we are unfortunately not in a position to accept returns for reasons such as sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

We strongly encourage customers to:

- Visit our physical store to try items on
- Or contact us via email if you have any doubts about sizing, fit, or   condition before purchasing

We are always happy to help you make the right choice.

Exceptions
We do accept returns only if there is a genuine issue with the item, such as:

The product is not as described
The item arrives damaged or faulty
There is a clear mistake on our end

If this is the case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Report an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please send us an email including:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- (If possible) photos of the item

We will carefully review your request and work together to find an appropriate solution.

We put a lot of care into selecting and describing every item we sell, often with unique or vintage pieces that may show signs of wear. We aim to communicate this as clearly as possible.
